The parkade slab is poured! We are currently running the electrical wiring and sprinkler system in the ceiling before we finish the entire parkade with fire rated drywall.

The tindall stone accents around the building are now complete and the glass front entrance doors have been installed.
The forming of the oversized sixth floor Riel penthouse balcony is well underway.
Here we are screwing fireproof plywood to the sixth floor mansard roof. Soon we will be shingling the roof with large 18” x 18” diamond shaped metal tiles giving the Renaissance a true Victorian facade.
From the main floor to the 5th all the corridors have been painted and the hallway lights have been installed. Soon the common area flooring will commence and all the hallways will be carpeted.
The stucco is being completed, the scaffolding is coming down, and The Renaissance is truly starting to stand out.
The podium roof on the North side of the building has commenced and will soon be completed. When finished the North podium will have 12 inches of topsoil and grass on it creating a passive park for all home owners.
As we move forward into June our focus is to clean the site and prep the front of the building for the above ground parking lot.
