Millwork is off to a great start. Except for the baseboard, the first three floors are essentially complete and we are currently installing doors, casings and trims on the fourth floor.

In a Monet unit on the fourth floor, taping and sanding is well underway. Soon painters will be applying the first coat of paint. 

After the first and second coats of paint, the kitchen cabinets are in the process of being installed on the second floor.

In the Riel unit on the second floor, the kitchen cabinets are near completion and are now ready for the granite counter tops.

Every unit on the main floor now has granite counter tops in place and all the light fixtures have been installed.

In the Monet suite on the second floor, the kitchen cabinets are complete.

Scaffolding has been set up along the North side of the building and soon the installation of the acrylic stucco will commence.
