The remainder of the pile cap boxes for the North side of the parkade, ready to be filled with concrete.
The footings for the West exterior wall and the interior parkade walls are being constructed.
Concrete is being poured into the footing for the North interior parkade walls.
The remainder of pile caps on the North side of the parkade are being filled with concrete as well as the West exterior and North interior parkade walls. Today we’re pouring eighty one cubic meters of concrete!
The piles for the South interior parkade walls have been cut down to elevation and are ready for the footings to be installed overtop.

The footings and the first four feet of the elevator shaft are nearly complete in the South side of the parkade. Soon all of the interior concrete parkade walls will be complete.
All of the Hambro steel floor joists and temporary bracing for the main floor has arrived on site. Before long we will be out of the mud!
All of the columns for the North side of the parkade have been stood up, filled with reinforced concrete, have a steel plate imbedded on top and are ready to carry the steel beams that will support the building.

The first row of Hambro floor joists have been spread out. In this picture temporary bracing used to support plywood and the cast in place concrete slab are being installed.

We have been so busy on site this month that even President of Sherwood Developments Ltd. Fausto Pereira has put down the pencil and put on some gloves.
Today we have two concrete pump trucks on site! We are pouring the slab for the North side of the podium and the South interior concrete parkade walls. Together a total volume of ninety nine cubic meters of concrete we’re pouring today.
