In front of the building we are bending thin strips of plywood to form the large half circle concrete pond. When complete the pond will feature a curved interlocking Roman Stone wall, a cascading waterfall, accent lighting and shrubs.

The elegant basket style aluminum balcony railings are being installed.

The finishing architectural touches can be appreciated as the metal mansard shingles begin to be installed.

The parkade is incredible bright as the walls and ceilings are completely drywalled and painted.

The drywall on the underside of balconies and around the columns is being covered with EFFIS insulation giving it a distinct shape prior to being plastered in acrylic stucco.
