Despite all the rain, the landscaping has gotten off to a great start. In front of the building, the main water feature and The Renaissance sign are very close to completion.

All the tyndall stone accents at the front entrance are complete.

The book shelves in the entertainment room are being built. Soon the fully equipped lounge will have a 48” flat panel TV, audio system, sofas and card tables.

Each suite comes with a locker room located in the parkade.

As the drywall is getting painted the parkade is looking exceptionally brighter.

The planters on the South side of the Renaissance are done and are ready for trees to be planted in them. Scaffolding is also being assembled along this side of the building as the stucco moves forward.

Everybody’s hard work pays off as the building takes great shape.
